I go everywhere with my owner now. She snuck out a few times, but I keep a close watch on her. She carries me in an old ferret bag and I always lay my head on her heart. The sun makes my eyes water, so she bought these stupid doggle things. I tolerate them, but when it is time to get on the bus I let her know we are getting them off.
I'm developing quite a group of friends in town. We ride the wheelchair up to the bus and go to town several times a week. Then we drive around town. It is great fun when the sun is out and the wind is down. On cold, rainy days I snuggle down in the bag and try to stay warm. I see the same people a lot, now. Some days I meet new ones.
I protect my owner from dogs that pass us in town. they always go away when I give them my ferocious bark. I don't know why everyone laughs and oohs and ahs when I bark. People are strange creatures.
